How to get Registered with the Community

Welcome to the Cascades Community Association! We are thrilled to welcome you as a new renter in our community. On this page, you'll find all the necessary information to register with the Association and become a member, enabling you to access our facilities and amenities.

Step 1: Homeowners must Upload Lease

To become a member of the Cascades Community Association and enjoy its facilities and amenities, the Association will need a lease on file along with your contact information. Using the Requests section and "Tenant Registration" category of TownSq your landlord / the homeowner can provide your contact information and upload your lease in one simple step.

Step 2: Pay the Tenant Registration Fee

There is a one-time $50 fee for tenants in order to gain access to our facilities and amenities. This fee can be paid online via Square Up or in-person at the Lowes Island Community Center - 47620 Saulty Drive. Once the payment is made, you can apply for our pools and purchase gym card/s.

Step 3: Get Signed Up for TownSq (Optional)

Homeowners are encouraged to invite their tenants to join TownSq. This ensures that tenants have access to all the vital information needed to improve their living experience at Cascades. They will receive timely updates regarding maintenance schedules and any other pertinent details that could affect their daily lives. This not only keeps them informed but also fosters a sense of community, allowing them to engage with event schedules and providing the chance to rent the Association’s community centers.

Homeowners:

  1. Click on your name located in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Choose ‘Occupants’ from the drop-down list.
  3. In the top right corner of the page, click on ‘Create Occupant.’
  4. After creating the profile, you will be able to send an invitation to the tenant's email address.

Step 4: Pool Passes / Access Cards / Mobile Credentials

Both pool passes and access cards cannot be done prior to lease submission and payment.

Pool Passes

All pool passes are registered through Cellbadge. For instructions, please click here and scroll down to 'Pool Registration'. Pool passes are not physical passes, instead you will provide your name and address to the lifeguard at check-in.

Access Cards & Mobile Credentials

You can request the purchase of an access card or mobile credentials by visiting the Facilities and Amenities page. Mobile credentials are $5 each. Access cards are $10 each and will be the same for any replacement or lost cards.

Step 5: Familiarize Yourself with the Rules and Regulations

As a renter in Cascades Community Association, it is important to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations that govern the use of our facilities and amenities. These rules are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all residents. You can find the complete set of rules and regulations in the homeowners' manual and the governing documents section of the document center.

Some key rules to keep in mind include:

Operating hours. Each facility and amenity has specific operating hours. Please adhere to these hours to avoid any inconvenience or penalties. Fitness Room operating hours are 5AM - Midnight. Pools may vary, but hours will be posted on the main page of the website during pool season.

Guest policies. There may be restrictions on the number of guests you can bring, as well as rules regarding their behavior and access to certain areas. Make sure you are aware of these policies and communicate them to your guests. (Example: No guests should be in attendance without a resident of Cascades)

Noise restrictions. Please be mindful of noise levels in the community, especially during quiet hours. Respect your neighbors' need for peace and quiet. Loudoun County sound ordinance: 11PM - 7AM.
