Cascades Community is managed by Legum & Norman, a professional management agent and Associa company. 

The management staff carries out the decisions of the community's resident-led Board of Directors. 

L&N is responsible for financial administration for the Association and for the administration and maintenance of the common areas of the community. The homeowner assessment fee noted above is used to pay for common services (including, but not limited to, maintenance of the grounds, legal counsel, annual audit, the Association's master insurance policy, repairs to common areas, repair and replacement reserves for common and cluster facilities, snow removal, and garbage collection).
