Tenants/Renters will need to complete their registration with the community prior to purchasing access cards and/or registering for our pools.

Access Cards & Mobile Credentials

Access cards and/or mobile credentials are essential for entry into our Fitness Facilities, as well as the Stone House Pickleball and Tennis courts.

Pickup -

Mobile Credentials:

Mobile credentials will require the submission of an email address for each individual credential.

If purchasing more than one mobile credential - kindly utilize the comment box at checkout to provide the names and addresses associated with each credential.

You will also need to download the Avigilon Alta Open App onto your family's phones and set up accounts with their email addresses. For detailed instructions, please see: Mobile Credentials: How to Access

Access Cards:

Your access card will be created upon your arrival. Pickup is available at the Lowes Island Community Center located at 47620 Saulty Drive, from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

$1 Shipping - For Access Cards ONLY : Pay $1 to have your access card(s) shipped directly to your home. This service is beneficial for residents who can't visit during office hours for pickup.
Please allow 3-5 days for shipping.

Cost for Access Cards: $10 each PAY HERE
Cost for Mobile Credentials: $5 each PAY HERE

Fees can be settled online or via credit/debit at the Lowes Island Community Center.

The mobile credentials fee is considered an administrative charge, whereas the access card payment covers the card's cost.

Facility Rentals

(ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION)

Explore the Reservations / Amenities section of TownSq to find essential information about rental fees, reservation times, and to review the User Agreement, which outlines permitted activities and any applicable restrictions. In this section, you can choose the facility you’re interested in and check its availability through the calendar. The User Agreement also provides important details about cleaning responsibilities, facility capacity, and the use, quantity, and dimensions of tables and chairs.

If you're interested in scheduling a tour of the facilities, kindly use the Request section of TownSq. Make sure to include the date and time you wish to visit. Before submitting your request, please check the reservation calendar to confirm that the desired day is available. We will respond within 48 hours with a 4-digit tour code.

Pool Registration

(ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION)

If you want to use any of the five community pools, you will need to register with our pool access system - CellBadge.

Reminder: Once you are registered, you DO NOT need to register again the following year.

To register, follow these simple instructions:

Step 1: Visit https://cellbadge.com/cascades/?register

Step 2: Complete the “Initial Add Request” section and select “Request Access”.

Step 3: Wait for admin approval - you will receive a text once approved.

Step 4: (after approval) Using the same phone # and email used to register complete “Enter or Update Household Members” section. Select “Request Pin”.

Step 5: You will receive a text with your pin - enter your PIN on the “PIN Verification” page.

Step 6: Submit all members residing in your home including yourself - you will receive a final confirmation text once completed.

Pool passes are not physical cards; instead, you will need to provide your name and address to the lifeguard when checking in. The same applies to guest passes; these are already included in your registration. Just inform the lifeguard that you would like to utilize your guest passes.

Residents are allowed to bring a maximum of 2 guests per visit. Each registration gets 12 guest passes.
All pools will close for 30 minutes following each instance of lightning/thunder, pools may also close for other instances of inclement weather.
Pool managers may implement 10-minute breaks every two hours.

Due to The Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C 3601 et. seq. and related regulations issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and; Virginia Fair Housing Law, Virginia Code Section 36-96.1 et. seq. and related regulation issued by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation:

The Association cannot reject entry to our pools of any owner, resident, or guest because of a person’s race, age, color, sex, national origin, elderliness, religion, or physical or mental disability.

Pool patrons and their guests must demonstrate to the lifeguards that they either can stand in the deepest depth of the swimming pool with their shoulders above the water or that they are able to either swim the length of the pool unassisted or tread water for 60 seconds. Pool patrons and their guests who cannot swim the length of the pool unassisted, tread water for 60 seconds, or stand in deepest depth of the swimming pool with their shoulders above the water cannot swim without wearing a life preserver approved by the United States Coast Guard.

Tennis / Pickleball & Sport Courts

(ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION)

If you wish to reserve a court, it must be done at least a week in advance. Only the Quarterpath & Lowes Island courts are reservable. To reserve a court use the Requests portion of TownSq and select the "Facility Reservations & Amenities" category.

Additionally, the community also has a bocce court located at the Lowes Island Community Center and multiple soccer fields.

Tot Lots & Trails

Cascades Community has 25 tot lot play areas, which can be viewed on the Cascades Map. (Tot Lots are marked by the yellow playground symbol)

The community has an extensive trail network that is easily accessible as it extends through canopies of Virginia trees. To view the various trails throughout Cascades by viewing the Cascades Map. (Trails are marked by the red dashed line)

Additional Programs

Cascades has contracted with High Sierra Pools to provide swimming lessons to residents. Please visit High Sierra Pools' website for dates, locations, and pricing. All swimming lessons are booked directly through High Sierra Pools.

Cascades also has a contracted tennis instructor, TennisDNA, who provides lessons and classes for both children and adults. TennisDNA offers services for all experience levels. To contact TennisDNA send a message to admin@tennis-dna.com or visit their website for more information.
